Everyday at Berkshire Fitness Camp is action packed, from wake up until bed time.No two daysare ever the same and each day is filled with fun and adventure. Atypical day for campers will include a combination offitness,nutrition,pick and play, and an adventure or waterfront rotation.Throughout the day, boys and girls engage in activities separately,and at night campers have the opportunity to mix and mingle at co-ed events before heading back to their bunks.
