- Winner must contact Roclord Studio by May 15, 2019 and complete photo session by July 15, 2019
No substitutions. No Digital Files or CDs. May not be used for "headshots". No-show to any scheduled appointment voids this certificate. 72 hours cancellation policy. Must meet in studio and select your gift photo within 14 days of photo session or gift certificate becomes void. Must attend all three scheduled appointments.
Winning bidder is responsible for picking up item(s) at WISH Charter School on the pick up days indicated below. NO SHIPPING ON CLASS BASKETS. Non-local winning bidders may request shipping for an additional shipping/handling fee of $3.

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee as listed within the item listing will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
