Description
The Coretta Scott King Medal commemorates the life and works of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and honors Mrs. Coretta Scott King for her courage and determination to continue the work for peace. The Coretta Scott King Book Awards annually recognize outstanding books for young adults and children by African American authors and illustrators that reflect the African American experience. Further, the Award encourages the artistic expression of the black experience via literature and the graphic arts in biographical, social, and historical treatments by African American authors and illustrators.

If you are unable to pick up on one of these days, your item will be shipped to you and your shipping/handling fee as listed within the item listing will be charged to your credit card. If shipping is requested, your winning bid total plus shipping/handling fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
