Question: What are the blackout dates other than those listed?

The firm blackout dates are December 18 through January 5.  All other dates are based upon availability and if the hotel is over a certain percentage then we do not accept certificates. So if you are looking at Thanksgiving, it is highly unlikely that there will be availability... again you never know. Slower months are usually June, September, October, and first half of November and first half of December. Over President’s Day weekend, we are always sold out, as we are over Christmas, New Years, and one week after New Year’s as we have the PGA. July is summer break and then spring and fall breaks are usually sold out. Other than the dates that are listed above, black out dates are based upon availability like all hotels.  The winner calls and checks the hotel first prior to booking a flight.  I can say there are certain months that are better and again if we get a group that all changes.
