We Roast - Small batches using an Ashe fluid bed roaster. We use digital profiles to consistently create the same coffees batch after batch.  Our Coffees - Are sourced on a seasonal rotation come from small farms, cooperatives and estates grown by farmers committed to sustainable farming.  Pick up at Springfield JCC or shipping and handling charges may apply.
