The elegant motifs and vivid colors displayed on this commemorative Congressional Tiffany Plate were inspired by design elements found throughout the United States Capitol.  These plates are food-safe. Being embellished with 18 karat gold, they are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.  If used on a regular basis, appropriate care should be taken to protect the delicate nature of the plate.
