Has your child ever asked to ride LA's trains and buses—or maybe you're curious about the city's transportation history, too? Join Curbed's Urbanism Editor (and Hilltop mom) Alissa Walker for a toddler-friendly afternoon exploring Downtown's rich transit past, present, and future. With stops at important transportation hubs like Union Station and the Subway Terminal Building, guests will ride LA's subways, light-rail trains, buses, bike-share, and the 116-year-old funicular Angels Flight.
Tour can be customized to interests and abilities for up to four people of any age and will take place on a mutually agreeable weekend afternoon. Includes lunch at Grand Central Market!
