We teach authentic karate-do, jiu-jitsu, and traditional Okinawan weapons (kobudo). In addition to teaching great self-defense, we teach our students to develop harmony, both with their inner selves and others. By practicing martial arts, we learn to listen to our bodies and become more in tune with the world around us. Our classes are designed to be developmentally appropriate for our students, with classes for toddlers, young children, pre-teens, teens, and adults. We find that our students become leaders in martial arts, focus, self-discipline, and respect for self and others.
