As a mom I have been looking for years for a place that offered variety and fun fitness classes for my daughter, and since I couldn’t find it, My Fit Girls was born. We want to provide young girls (ages 7-13) a place to grow while they enjoy a variety of group fitness classes under the guidance of trained and certified instructors.
