The 3-minute treatment reduces inflammation and releases endorphins that help alleviate pain, boost energy and metabolism, and increase the body’s natural healing abilities.

2 sessions of localized cryo treatments

While whole body cryotherapy is applied to the entire body, localized cryotherapy focuses on the specific areas. Local cryotherapy is used to target localized areas that are in pain or inflamed to cold temperatures between -240°F to -256°F for about 5 - 10 minutes per location.

2 infrared sauna treatments

Infrared Saunas detoxify your body from the inside out while increasing circulation, lowering blood pressure, accelerating caloric burn and relieving unwanted aches and pains in muscles and joints.
