Super cute vintage small purse made from a real New Mexico license plate and recycled inner tube/tire with a handle strap and a snap closure. There are hooks attached for a shoulder strap which is included.

Condition: Fair. There are signs of wear including scratches, marks and dings. The plastic card holder is cloudy from age.
