This item will be 6 heirloom tomato plants grown from seed by a Master Gardener (and grandfather of a Stone student). You will receive plants of 6 different types of tomatoes.

The winning bidder will receive the plants delviered to the school office for pick up during the spring when they are ready to be planted in your garden.

If you prefer, you can pick the tomato plants up at the grower's house in La Grange Highlands and talk about vegetable gardening.

The grower has been cultivating a wide vareity of fruits and vegetables in their yard for over 40 years, and was awarded the best tasting tomato in Chicago in a contest judged by Steve Dolinsky and restauranters.
