Up for auction is a 30-minute Thai Bodywork session from Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner Joe Ingraffia.

The primary goal of Thai Bodywork is to release stagnant energy and facilitate the flow of energy throughout the body. During Thai Bodywork you receive gentle, rhythmic pressure along the energy lines of the body, passive-assisted stretching, joint compression and decompression and range of motion work. 

It is a total body holistic treatment.  During a Thai Bodywork session you receive sufficient pressure to the Sen sip energy lines, stretching of the muscles, and opening of the joints. Similar to other Eastern Oriental healing, Traditional Thai medicine believes that energy flows through the body along ten major energy channels called the Sen sip lines. When energy is flowing freely, we feel strong, peaceful, and healthy. If there is obstruction in any of the channels then we can experience pain, illness, and disease. Manual treatment such as Thai Bodywork can release stuck energy and assist the flow of energy throughout the body. Thai Bodywork sessions are performed on a Thai floor-mat to allow for adequate pressure and mobility.  I use my hands, elbows, knees and feet to apply pressure to your entire body.  This rhythmic pressure combined with breath work and passive-assisted stretching will leave you feeling strong and invigorated.  Come dressed in comfortable, loose fitting clothing that will allow for movement.
