A 6 person dinner featuring an education of and selection of Mex 1's favorite tequilas and mezcals.  This will be accompanied with refreshing cocktails and a craveable Baja-Mexican diner.

Chef Ryan Jones, Mex 1's Culinary Director will create three savory dishes and one sweet dish. Ryan will design a menu specifically for your group, but some dishes may include George's Bank Scallops, Carolina Rockfish or Beef Shortrib Barbacoa.
