LAUREN SPRIESER is a USDF Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist, and a High Performance Grand Prix rider and trainer. A veteran of three NAYRCs and four "Brentina Cup" national U25 Grand Prix Championships, Lauren has consistently produced horses from green to FEI, including five to Grand Prix. Her students compete with success from the grassroots to the international levels in several disciplines, on a wide range of horse types. Her students have contested the USDF National Championships, the NAJYRC and the Rolex CCI****. Lauren is a high-energy and experienced teacher whose wit and charm have graced The Chronicle of the Horse, Dressage Today, Practical Horseman and Horse Illustrated. She is currently developing a pipeline of her own horses from green to Grand Prix. Lauren is a longtime student of US Olympian Michael Barisone, and trains horses and riders from her home base in northern Virginia.
