VAULT PK is a family owned and operated business. VAULT PK is located within South Bay Cheer 360, and is dedicated to teaching athletes, young and old, the art of parkour, free running, martial arts tricking, fitness, and general movement. Simply put, parkour is the expression of freedom through movement. Students will learn trampoline skills, different vaulting techniques, how to climb walls, swing on the bars, and will get to play on our Ninja Warrior course including a warped wall. All of our classes cover basic gymnastics skills, teach safe movement techniques, and focus on improving an athlete’s total body strength, agility, speed, and body awareness.
