Description

This 45-Minute Self-Defense Group Workshop is ideal for kids or adults, up to 20 participants, to teach you practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and more. Available at our Point Loma studio. Recommended ages are 6 years and up. Adults and kids may be mixed in one lesson, however similar age groups are the most ideal. At least one adult chaperone required at all times. May also be used by clubs and scouting troops.
