"A Cameron Fitness Beach Bootcamp is an ultimate outdoor workout designed to transform your body through a combination of high-energy cardiovascular drills and strength training exercises. The creatively designed format includes core strengthening, cardiovascular drills, plyometrics, and traditional calisthenics.
