This auction is for a $500 gift certificate to California Coast Dental Arts with Capri dad, Dr. Chan.
Dr. Chan's office is a private general dental office that offers the whole family personalized dental care. Dr. Chan has been named one of San Diego's Top Dentist, as voted on by his peers, annually since 2007. He was recognized as being the Top 5% of San Diego Dentist by Consumer Research and has been featured in San Diego Magazine. Dr. Chan graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Dentistry and was a faculty member there in 2007.
The certificate can be used to fulfill dental insurance co-pays. The certificate does not have any cash value.

Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
