3 Muscle Activation/Pilates Sessions
Muscle Activation Techniques™, originated by Greg Roskopf, uses the basic components of physiology and biomechanics to create a systematic process for evaluating and treating muscular imbalances. Each session is based upon the Comparative Mobility Assessment, the Active Muscle Contract & Sustain Assessment, the Positional Isoangular Contraction and the Direct Pressure Applied Perpendicular to Muscle Attachment Tissues (DFAMAT). The goal: restore the capability of muscles to contract on demand.

Cadillac / Trapeze Table
Wunda (split pedal) Chair
Spine Corrector
Ladder Barrel
Ped-o-Pull
Magic Circle
Bosu, Physioballs, balance boards, light hand weights, foam rollers (technically not Pilates equipment)

Item pick up will be at Capri Elementary March 25-29th 11am-1:30pm
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
