All winners are subject to a $125 pernight/per person suppliment which covers dining, beverages, resort facilities, activities, service charges & gratuities. Government tax is additional. Reservations are subject to availability. (Additional $50 Surcharge per person/per day will apply Dec 21-Jan3 and Feb 1-24)

The SCARC Foundation reserves the right to reassign your item to the next highest bidder if payment is not made or your item is not picked up within Two (2) weeks of the close of the auction.
For all items not picked up at the event there will be a charge added for shipping to winning bidder's total.
