Chef Joe DiMaggio, Jr at SaZa cares about food like Michelangelo cared about his art.  As an artist himself, he has a special appreciation for artists.  He has painted his whole life with his combined love of art and food.  Joe has a lifetime of experience in the restaurant inustry.  With SaZa, he presents his patrons a menu which reflects his own humble beginnings featuring the classic peasant Italain food he grew up cooking and eating.  Joe has studied the culinary arts in Italy, France, Austria, Belgium and Japan.
