The Eco-Tour & Tasting begins in the tasting room at Honig Vineyard and Winery, where you will sample their Napa Valley Sauvignon blanc. You will then board the six passenger cart that will transport you into the vineyard. There you'll see first-hand the things they do to care for the enviromnent while producing world-class wines - from managing water use, to providing wildlife habitat, to Honig family's role in the restoration of the Rutherford Reach of the Napa River (and of course, the Honig bees!)
