Special Instructions
Certificate is valid for lane rentals and use of house equipment only. Appointment must be made in advance and certificate will be used in one visit.
Certificate is good for 2 adults and 2 children ages 7 and up. Parents must remain with children at all times.
All items MUST be picked up by Friday, May 3rd. We will have the following times available for item pick-up:
Friday, April 26th at 7:15 P.M. in the front office
Tuesday, April 30th from 10:50 A.M.- 1:30 P.M. in the front office
Wednesday, May 1st from 9:30- 10:30 at the Extended Day door.
If you are unable to pick up your items at any of these times, please coordinate a time to meet with Sarah Braun (sarahkbraun@yahoo.com) before May 3rd.
