This card is valid for food and drinks at participating P.F. Chang's restaurants.   It is valid for one time use only and may not be used for gratuity.

All items MUST be picked up by Friday, May 3rd. We will have the following times available for item pick-up:
Friday, April 26th at 7:15 P.M. in the front office
Tuesday, April 30th from 10:50 A.M.- 1:30 P.M. in the front office
Wednesday, May 1st from 9:30- 10:30 at the Extended Day door.
If you are unable to pick up your items at any of these times, please coordinate a time to meet with Sarah Braun (sarahkbraun@yahoo.com) before May 3rd.
