This item is a 30 minute photography session with www.alexbaigasphotography.com and includes an 8x8” linen or leather covered album with your choice of 20 images from the session. Upon booking, the winner will be required to sign photographer’s contract. The session will include phone or email wardrobe and location consultation. The session must be within a 10 mile radius of Northbrook Preschool or travel fees will apply, and the session cannot take place during the months of May, June, or July—but can be booked before or after that time period. Image choices for the included album will be made in an online gallery of the watermarked, fully edited images. Auction winner may elect to purchase digital images and prints from this gallery. They will have a 2 week period to view and choose images. Copyright of all images from the session will be retained by photographer, and may be used for portfolio, advertising, competitions, and publishing. Clients wishing to retain total privacy of their images may do so with a paid non disclosure agreement. For booking purposes, the winner will be treated as any other inquiring client, and appointments are first come first serve. No guarantees are made that your ideal date is available until you discuss directly with the photographer and sign the contract securing your appointment.
