Shawl-Anderson Dance Center (SADC) is a non-profit organization co-founded, in 1958, by Victor Anderson and Frank Shawl.  What looks like an ordinary house in Berkeley, California, is, in fact, a home for dance in the East Bay where over 1,000 dancers come each week. The Center offers classes for all ages and levels in modern, ballet jazz, hip-hop, and conditioning, with specialty classes such as Lifelong Movement for older adults. For choreographers, Shawl-Anderson offers a friendly place to find dancers, rehearsal space, and in some cases, fiscal sponsorship.

Certificate maybe used for regular adult drop-in dance or conditioning classes or any regularly scheduled youth classes during summer, fall or the winter/spring semester.
