You are bidding on one lamb humanely raised on organic, restorative pasture and hay at the MCS Farm. Winner may choose how the lamb is processed.
The lamb will be processed at Eklund's Processing, Inc. which the MCS Farm uses on a regular basis.

- Winner may pick up their processed lamb from the MCS Farm in the Catskills OR from Manhattan Country School (city pick-up can only be arranged during set times e.g. in coordination with a returning farm trip)
