Al Horner, former US Navy SEAL, has a team whose mission is to train women and children to avoid danger and escape from assaults. The team created a unique approach to assault prevention that is used by many Minnesota companies (including General Mills, Medtronic, BMO Bank and Thrivent Financial) as well as 25 schools, churches and neighborhood groups.

Statistics you should know:
 
•1-in-4 girls/women in America will be sexually assaulted in her lifetime.
•1-in-7 children in America will be sexually assaulted.
•These assaults can be prevented or the victim can escape using the information in Not Me! training.
 
Training:
We offer a variety of formats to meet the unique needs of corporations, schools and private groups. We customize content to address the concerns of the audience (professional women, mothers-daughters, senior citizens, college students).  Retail price for our “Women’s & College Prep” training is $79/participant.

The training covers prevention/avoidance of attacks and how to successfully escape if the worst happens. Participants say, “It’s amazing. I feel so much safer and so empowered!”
