Behruz Nassre (Kian '19) is amazing chef and has created a classic Bolognese sauce for the Urban Kitchen. This is a traditional bolognese sauce that extracts all its flavor from the slow and deliberate cooking of the ingredients over a 12 hour period. Only salt is added, nothing else!

Ingredients: Marin Farms grass-fed beef, Berkshire Heritage pork, organic sweet onions, carrots, and celery, San Marzano double concentrate tomato paste, Frezo Pecorino Terre Di Chieti white wine, Stauss family organic whole milk, Colonna extra virgin olive oil, and grey sea salt.
