Have you lived near the water for years, always wanting to try sailing, but never going out? Are you a great cruiser but want to learn better boat handling and possibly get ready to race? All skill levels are welcome for a special day on the water with two impressive WNS sailing dads. They will take two adults out on a 24-foot Martin 242 for a four-hour sailing lesson followed by drinks and a de-brief at the yacht club bar. Tim Clarke & Yumio Dornberg are longtime racers with experience in boats of all types and sizes. Between them they have several championships and world races. Tim runs the California Yacht Club member "Learn to Sail" events and Match Racing clinics. Yumio is a former junior instructor and sail maker who has raced Farr 40's, Martin 242's, and J22s.
