There is nothing I love more than creating excitement and enthusiasm in the classroom; however, there needs to be a balance. Help me to create a little glimpse of calm in an otherwise active space. It is never too early to help children learn to decompress when they are feeling a bit overwhelmed. I would also love to encourage engineering skills in the ECLC. It is of the utmost importance that we teach children to think outside the box and help build upon their problem solving skills. Finally, I would love to try out flexible seating for the little ones. Such seating has been proven highly beneficial at the elementary level, let's give our little ones some freedom to move and improve upon their comfort level at school.
