You don't want to wash dishes for 430 students in a 9" X 11" sink and I don't either! I would feel like a new woman with a big sink and longer counters. I have 17 classes coming through here each week totalling over 430 kiddos.  I have A LOT of dishes I do each day and week.  Right now I have one 9" by 11"  sink and about 3 feet of counter space.  Please help me get some more elbow room!
