Lead by Wowlvenn, Learn the basics of contact improvisation dance in terms of what it is, body mechanics, etiquette, "movement vocabulary basics".
Contact Improvisation is a post-modern dance form that can be athletic, meditative, acrobatic, goofy and relaxing.
