Sit on the dock overlooking Phillippi Creek and watch the incredible birds and jumping fish, and you may just catch a glimpse of a Manatee swimming by. There is a heated pool, a hot tub, a two-person kayak for use, a grand piano and chef’s kitchen. It is centrally located in Sarasota and just five minutes from famous Siesta Key beach. Available April 22nd through September with the possibility of more dates at the owners discretion. Exact dates to be coordinated with the owners and subject to availability. Only available to families with children attending PS 372. Not suitable for children younger than 3. $150 additional cleaning fee.
