MUSIC WITH EMILY specializes in pre-school and young beginner music students for violin, piano, and general music classes. The starter pack includes FOUR private weekly half-hour lessons, focusing on either piano or violin, created specifically for pre-reading or reading age beginners(K-5). It is a fun intro to the piano or voilin and includes a navigation of the instrument, intro to reading music, theory and basic musical fundamentals. The lessons also include fun and engaging games and activities specifically tailored to each student in a relaxed setting.

Emily, a professional violinist originally from New Zealand, has a passion for educating children through music. She has taught music privately throughout Brooklyn, served as Music Coordinator at French Woods Festival of Performing Arts, and is the creator of the popular Singalong With Emily, a multi-instrument musical and movement class for young people in South Slope. Her passion is to provide children with an inspiring introduction to the world of music to encourage lifelong learning and appreciation.
