Gift Certificate for one outdoor birthday party or private event for ten children. Party/event includes one hour of awesome sports and games. Families can choose what sport(s) are played.
Sports is the newest and most exciting arena to teach mindfulness to children. Sports requires all the skills of mindfulness – paying attention on purpose, returning to the present moment, coping strategies for stress, and resilience. The merger of mindfulness practice, sports education, and compassionate adult teachers is a win-win-win. Children who practice mindfulness while learning sports and having fun will be prepared to handle future challenges on and off the field.
Mindful Sports For Kids teaches age-appropriate mindfulness through sports and provides a strong foundation for young athletes. Whether your child is playing a sport for the first time or is competing at a travel level, Mindful Sports For Kids is a great way to improve their mental and physical skills.

Party must take place before November 30th, outdoors only. Availability subject to Mindful Sports staff schedules. Parties cancelled due to weather may be rescheduled. Sports offered may be limited due to staff availability. Sports options primarily include baseball, flag football, and soccer.
* Whenever possible, gift certificates will be emailed to the winner, or physical gift cards can be picked up after the auction ends at Littlefield on April 5th. Small items may be available for pick-up the night of auction, sent home via backpack, or picked up from PS 372 at the PTA desk in the cafeteria on the following dates:

Gift cards and small items can also be mailed within the U.S. by Priority Mail for a charge of $9. We will consolidate multiple winning bids into one mailing whenever possible.
