All of their locations are part of the Certified Green Restaurant association, and work diligently every day to continue the success of being a green restaurant – from using the most sustainable hot cups on the market to operating with the most energy efficient equipment. Their dedication to serving high-quality, real food, with an emphasis and focus on cooking from scratch is what sets them apart.
They bake their own bread (approximately 170,000 loaves per year), they grind their own beef, they press their own juices, they even churn their own butter.
The menus are inspired by our country’s rich culinary tradition, including their versions of all-American classics, as well as innovative creations based on a wide range of American cuisine.

This item will be available for the winning bidder to pick up from Geneva Day School by April 12, 2019 or may be shipped at the winning bidder’s request. Winning bidder must email auction@genevadayschool.org to request shipment and indicate shipping preference (USPS or Fed Ex). The winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping costs if this item is shipped.
