Monica Bencze is a life coach and entrepreneur. She brings 10 years of business and leadership experience as an entrepreneur and owner of Green Apple Gourmet, a nutritious school based lunch service.

Her community and research work within the non-profit sector has provided her with a sense of commitment to work for causes that she believes in. Her zest to motivate people to reach their full potential in their life has been an ongoing passion. She believes that if one has a healthy balanced mindset than one can accomplish just about anything they set their mind to.

She holds a BA in Health Science in Community Health from Cal State University, Long Beach and an MA in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
