Description
Einkorn - The world's most ancient wheat that's never been hybridized. It has more nutrients, less gluten, and tastes so much better than modern wheat.
In this workshop, in the kitchen of Waverly Parent, Rinko Hutchins, you'll taste a few types of einkorn sourdough bread and pastries (with wine and cheese, of course!), learn how to make and feed sourdough starter, and you'll go home with a bag of einkorn flour and recipes. The workshop is for 2 people for 2 hours.

Items and/or certificates must be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus business office, 67 W Bellevue Drive, Pasadena CA 91105, from May 6 to June 4, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
