Reduce stress, cultivate emotional regulation and states of well-being. Develop a daily meditation practice.
Discover how to bring mindfulness into daily life. Essential for parents! Taught by instructors at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center.
This can be done at UCLA or online.
These classes run every two months so you can take them when they are convenient live or online.
