Paddleboarding (Stand Up Paddling) is an easy and fun sport that can be done in almost any body of water....

Or if you've always wanted to ride the waves, then surfing is your thing. Work out your whole body while having a blast.

Your choice of either (2) Paddleboarding sessions in the Marina del Rey Harbor or (2) surf lessons at Sunset, Topanga or Malibu. (If its surfing, we'll be starting you out in small waves.) Paddle boards or surf boards will be provided. Lessons given by Una's dad, Ben.
