I'm Eddie Cano (say the name quickly!) is a neighborhood Italian restaurant located in the heart of Chevy Chase, DC. Their menu is curated by James Gee, former chef at José Andrés’s China Chilcano and Jaleo, and features both Italian-American classics like chicken parmesan and authentic Italian cuisine like bucatini all ‘amatriciana. Gee celebrates the influence of Italian immigrants and the checkered tablecloth joints of Little Italys across the country.
