We believe in guiding and coordinating the involvement of all members of the project team – the client, the general contractor, the structural engineer – in order to maximize efficiency and strengthen the design so that it works best for the user. 

For more than twenty years, SmartArchitecture has been committed to helping our clients to achieve thoughtful and efficient spaces – whether in renovating, adding, or transforming existing structures, restoring historically significant buildings, finding more space within the fixed footprint of an urban space, or designing for new construction. We believe in the planning and integration of architecture throughout a project and in many cases this has resulted in the extension of our design role into landscape, interiors, millwork details, and/or furniture design.
