- This property is adults only. No children under 21 are allowed.
- Resort blackout dates do not apply. However, a peak season surcharge of $50 per person, per night applies Dec. 21st - Jan. 3rd & February 1st - 24th.
Additional Fees Apply: Winning bidder/guests are required to purchase a supplemental fee of $125 per night/per person which provides all food/dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort activities, service charges and gratuities.
