Sporting Under Armour HOVR Havoc Low Jackson was inspired by his first Black History Month project from school. He chose Garret Morgan, an African American inventor of the traffic signal as the theme for his shoes. Jackson's custom shoes have a baby blue base and feature the colors and image of a traffic light.
