Welcome to the Cottage House Inn and beautiful downtown Lanesboro! Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue or the main street in our small town, you will find our neighborhood has a bike trail, theatre, restaurants, shops, park and river.
The Cottage House makes you feel at home with our front porch, clean rooms and warm hello. Complimentary coffee and tea are available for all of our guests. Weekends only, there is an optional breakfast buffet.
Established in 1993, our inn is family built, owned and operated.

A wonderful setting for groups and families, the Cottage House is a perfect combination between a hotel and a bed and breakfast. Your hosts, the Bunge family, have lived in Bluff Country for years and would love to share with you what this area has to offer for a family vacation, reunion, retreat or business meeting.
The Inn, has nine "original rooms" in the main house with charming antiques. Also inside you will find an inviting lobby, breakfast room and meeting room. Outside, a favorite spot for everyone is our friendly front porch.
A five-room addition built in the year 2000, has shared decks and a place to park next to your room. Also in the addition with a complete kitchen, living room and dining room is a suite for two.
All of our 15 rooms have a private bath, high speed internet and hairdryers.
As part of our environmentally friendly practices we have one TV in our lobby along with one community refrigerator and microwave in our meeting room. For additional services we have toiletry items, ice buckets and ironing boards available at the Front Desk.
Our rooms on the main floor are handicapped accessible.
We have bike storage and off street parking.
