Frequency Fitness & Yoga now offer interval training using treadmills, indoor cycles, TRX, weights, our heart rate monitor system to deliver the data you need to become your strongest, healthiest, best self. We also added indoor cycling. It is more fun than you could ever believe with unbelievable results to back it up.
Our yoga rooms have new flooring, state-of-the-art climate control, and sound systems in two separate yoga rooms each customized for the specific classes offered throughout the week.
We have seven showers available post-class so that you can leave feeling rejuvenated and clean. Showers and change rooms come equipped with blow dryers and other amenities.

Winning bidder may pick up the item on Tuesday April 2, 2:30-5:00 or Wednesday, April 3, 12:00-2:30 p.m. in the Sun Valley School Multi-Purpose Room, 75 Happy Lane, San Rafael. Any mailing or delivery charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Alcohol is not available for shipping; therefore, in person pick-up must be arranged by the winner.
