You won’t want to miss this: Play Day! A Family Movement Workshop coming to Bethesda the first weekend of May!

This 2-hour workshop is designed for parents and kids looking to connect and get moving together through simple and easy games that focus on balance, coordination, sensory awareness and collaboration.

Led by Natalie Evans, a Natural Movement Coach (also Doula and Foraging Expert!) will teach the workshop at the home of Erika and Jeremy Newell.
