SOS - Support Our School

Typically, when we ask for your participation with a fund-a-need, you are supporting something new and exciting. In previous years, our parent community has been generous enough to support our new play structure and providing chrome books for our 4th and 5th grade classrooms.

This year, our ask is much more fundamental. We need your help to continue to provide essential programs to our students. Yes, I would describe Art, Tk-3rd Grade Music, and weekly Library classes as necessary. These programs provide important opportunities and outlets for our students. In addition, they help us shape the ‘whole child.’ This year, we need to close our budget gap of $120,000 to ensure that our students receive these programs.

In addition, if we don’t meet our funding goals, we also risk losing additional programs like Reading Intervention support and our Math Intervention and Enrichment teams. By raising your paddle tonight, you are joining our “SOS” effort to truly “Support Our School.”
